I missed a call from nurse about COPD rang back and unable to receive a call back in October. You never get to see or talk to a doctor and the wait on the phone is long long long and even longer. While you are waiting it tells you to go online and you can book a appointment but this is frustrating due to constantly being told there are no appointments available.

You are trying your best but the system needs changing.we are told by the government that COVID is under control. People need to see a doctor not a triage nurse and it is supposed to be confidential.when you request to see a doctor you are told no appointments available ring back 0800 in the morning.to give you a appointment 2 to 3 weeks later is not on.

I always try to book an appointment online but it is very time consuming when it would take seconds on the telephone. My wife is not computer literate and she would rather suffer in peace than try to book online.

Please let people book using the telephone.

I use the online triage form and have never encountered a problem have always received a call back and appointment if needed.

I am completely happy with the experience I don’t think there is anything to be done better

Keep ring engaged most of the time when you get through book on line , good if u have internet? Then appointment s gone physically be back tomorrow,
