I have had such helpful, friendly service from the receptionists and pharmacy staff this week as I have been sorting prescriptions etc for my mum who has just come home after 8 weeks in hospital. I have been very grateful for their kind patience and problem solving abilities. Many thanks to all.

My appointment was a review and is done by text and email and phone, so vvery easy. No need to go to surgery.

In a text message include name of patient as my husband and I share the same mobile and email

I haven't tried to get an appt with a doctor. Getting an appointment with a asthma nurse eg was good
