I was basically told that my problems were literally part of getting old and I don’t really felt like I was listened to. My problem was very personal and took a lot of courage to go to the doctors to speak about and I don’t think I was given the support I could of been. Being older isn’t an excuse not to be given better health care choices, especially when other local surgeries are offering them.

Listened better to what I was actually saying and how my symptoms are effecting my day to day life. Menopause should be taken more seriously and how it effects life for women.

You made an appointment for me to see Dr Sira. He was unaware that you'd asked me to see him for minor surgery. When I saw him he explained that your practice does not carry out the type of procedure your telephonist asked me to see him about. There was therefore wasted time by me, the doctor and the attending nurse. I would like an explanation for this if possible. By the way, I have been waiting over two years for treatment.
