I am fortunate in that I don’t often need to make appointments but I have always found the receptionists at North Brink friendly and helpful when I come in for jabs or to check blood pressure

I had appointment with my 3 yo daughter, lady that saw us was very gentle with her and she was also supportive as I had to bring my 3 months old baby and feed her during the appointment, appointment was on time and I felt like we are treated with care, without looking at the clock and rushing, well done and thank you

I think the new triage klinik system should be updated a little. I couldn't find bladder issue which I thought it's common issue, so was not sure if to pick back or tummy issues but I went through and made comment at the end

Not had to make an appointment for over a year so my response relates to obtaining an appointment many months ago.

Relating to my experience yesterday everything was ok. The nurse I saw was excellent.

Because I came for an ear infection and you told me you would phone me back got a text to go pharmacy went and they couldn’t help me rent to reption and no appoints for 2 weeks very help FYI lol

Almost impossible by phone but usually OK at reception

The telephone system needs to be improved. Access to my GP is very difficult, all consultations are with nurses, a GP is however consulted as necessary.
