The triage form is easy to complete & very comprehensive. It gives the patient enough room to explain their issue. The response time, following submission of the turn, is as also impressive. I was not expecting one the same day let alone within a couple of hours. I then had the choice of a telephone or face to face appointment. This is the first time I’ve booked an appointment through this system & I gave to say I’m impressed. It’s effective & efficient and puts the patient first.

I had a phone appointment with a nurse at 830am, she was rude, didn't want to listen to my explanation of the issue, wasn't helpful at all and I felt like I was a burden to her day, I understand that she may have had a bad weekend but please don't make me feel like my situation is not important. She was contradictory when I knew what I was talking about, she became very sharp and matter of fact near the end of the call. She agreed to refer me to the clinic I requested but begrudgingly so I felt. I do hope her personal situation is resolved.
I’ve given up trying to see a doctor. The last time I saw one was early 2019
Triage form online not helpful as already knew underlying condition but once form fill in told me to phone 111 but actually just needed to see someone for secondary symptom. Then took 20 mins to get though on phone very help lady answered but then had to wait nearly 4 hours for call back then told only had one appointment left so had to take it or wait.
