I had an easy and efficient experience this time .the junior Dr was lovely

Whilst waiting in the. Corridor, which was very busy and cramped. I witnessed a member of staff make her way to the staffroom. A short time later she came back through the corridor, mobile phone in one hand which she was looking at .she had a mug in the otherhand. Surely the mug should be one that is covered! This must break the health and safety law. It would only take one child to bump into her to get scold by the drink!

I struggle to get an appointment. In my circumstances I would love to have an appointment just to talk and see my next steps.

I have been through this process a couple of times with my old doctors and I would like to the know where I stand or what I have to do next. I feel I’ve been let down the last 4 years with trying and now I feel I’m getting somewhere I have no one to go and talk to if I need it.

I have not been to surgery since we since 3 April I am waiting for results from X-ray which I had on 17 April thanks

I contacted the surgery by filling in a form of lune and had an appointment that same day. I saw a doctor, which is unusual as I normally see a nurse and has an appointment of approximately 20 mins. He seemed thorough and was curious and understanding.

Everything was good except that there were crying children in the waiting area. This can not be avoided.
