It took me an hour to get through to the surgery which meant that there were no triage appointments left at 9am.

Improve the booking of appointments system. It is also virtually impossible to speak to my usual doctor.

Once the form was in. I had an appointment the same day and follow up was booked by ohone within a couple of hours. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

On this occasion there was nothing more to be done to make it better.
