Carol the nurse was absolutely amazing with my son when taking his observations he usually don’t like doctors or nurses but she made him feel so comfortable she’s a credit to the surgery

I advised that I have high blood pressure, the person didn’t either bother to test my blood pressure while in the surgery, the doctor never bothered to come in and see me, was advised that I needed an x ray on my shoulder but didn’t explain why. Went into the room on time, which was good. I explained that I had an issue with my foot and they didn’t bother asking me to take my shoe off to take a look.

North Brink surgery all staff are helpful polite and professional and Doctor Cawshaw is very caring and understanding. Very Good G.P. My only difficulty is sometimes getting an appointment however I do understand I’m not the only patient. Overall very responsive.

It would be nice to be able to get a G.P. Appointment as we use to prior to Covid without the triage for all and most of queries.
