First class careing service
Waiting time by phone sometimes frustrating. Triage system better if you have access to this service

No issues and resolution to my issue was made
Receptionists so friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Whilst I do miss the Doctor/Patient relationship, I think the triage system is useful. However, when completing the triage request on line I did get a little concerned because my symptoms suggested I needed urgent attention and to call 111. However when I spoke to the surgery and completed the triage form, I wasn't given the impression I needed immediate help, but received a call and an appointment was arranged. Thankfully the symptoms I had were not serious and the nurse I saw (sorry forgotten her name), was really nice.
