The Klinik system kept throwing me out but got a triage appointment followed by a face to face with no problem.

Brilliant service- everyone was super friendly and helpful. Very very happy with the surgery

I have twins boys and the only negative I have is that my double pushchair doesn’t fit through parts of the corridor or some of the doors. So it can be a real struggle to come alone.

I filled in the questionnaire online and got a call back the same day with an appointment to see someone however I had to change the time of the appointment afterwards and popped into the surgery and spoke to the receptionist who gave me another more convenient time for later the same day.

Getting through on the phone is nigh on impossible, however the online questionnaire (even though very long winded) got the required result.

It was a non urgent ‘review’ appointment, made after practice reached out to me. I can’t comment on whether it would have been the same if an urgent appointment was needed.

Nothing could have been better - my appointment was professional, caring, efficient.
