Because the nurse wasn’t very helpful and was just trying to get rid of me off the phone. She said she would speak to the doctor and message me back that didn’t happen. I was told if I have anymore problems ring the surgery, she wasn’t interested in hearing the problem was continuing.

Dealt with issue instead of ignoring the problem.

I did not attend an appointment at the surgery. I submitted blood pressure details via the practice website in response to a text message from the surgery, in order to renew my prescription. I would like to add that I have always been very happy with the services provided by the surgery and the reception/clinicians that I have seen. Thank you all for your service.

I am happy with the services provided to date.

Easy enough to get seen after the initial phone call, seen quickly.

More info on next follow up appointment would have been good, how long to wait etc.
