My experience was related to repeat prescriptions. Having been assured they would renew automatically one did not. So I ran out of the medication. I emailed. No response. So had to chase. This should be simple and automatic. But you made it stressful and I went without some medication for 5 days. At the end of the day, this is just good admin - or rather it is anything but.

Get your admin right. Answer emails in a timely manner. Care.

There is such a marked improvement in getting some sort of solution to any medical problems. If I can’t get an appointment it gets handled via phone. There always polite and helpful.
