Literally walked in to enquire how to book in for a smear test, to be offered one an hour later! Extremely helpful receptionist, the nurse was running ahead of time, so I was able to be seen early, and she put me completely at ease, and the procedure was painless. Very happy with this service.

Have to be ready to wait around on the phone or try to fill out extremely long and annoying form (my NHS number would give most of the answers & why ask twice for my age )

Discuss with me what and why, an assumption has been made as to my condition with out consultation.Just because I think I know what it might be does not make it so! Sending texts does not mean they are seen! There was no explanation of anything and I nearly took the new prescription along with existing treatment.. fortunately my wife read the leaflet

Twice within a week I phone at 8am and got an app the same day. Was seen by friendly nurse and Dr Olutosin I was able to describe my symptoms without interruption and after thorough examination I was referred for further tests to eliminate possible conditions.
