It appears only {} receptionist in person you need to audit which parts of today. Are busy and allocating staff. Frustrating to keep patients waiting.

Either long telephone queues or triage which doesn't seem appropriate except for emergency appointments
Suggested improvements
Physio appointment was up steep stairs so difficult to get to - would have been more appropriate in a ground floor room
