Because it seems to take a while to actually get to see someone,but i understand it's the same at all practices

The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

I have high blood pressure and attended the surgery to use the blood pressure machine which was out on my records, but I have not heard a THING from the doctors. Why did I bother?
