It has always been a problem since you changed the clinic time for injections. I have spoken to the surgery a number of times as I work permanent nights and was told I could book early afternoon but this does not seem to make any difference when I want to make an appointment.

It would be really helpful to me if the clinics ran on time as this last time I came in it seemed everyone was on break but when they came back my 16:15 appointment which is the first appointment possible to have was pushed back and I eventually went in at 16:50. The nurse told me previous clinics overran but speaking to people who went in prior to myself were also there for an injection so begs the question are you booking more than one person in for each appointment time.

Not east to relate problem via triage on line

Wanted to see a doctor but not given oppportunity. Nurse listened to problem but went out of room to discuss with dr, so I was not witness to their conversation and was told by nurse on return that dr would send prescription to pharmacy. I felt an examination by a doctor would have been helpful.

Haven’t had to come in for an appointment recently but have had contact with the receptionists who have been very helpful and kind. One of the girls has been absolutely lovely with a recent query I’ve had about a family member. It was a bit of a difficult topic but she dealt with it sensitively and really listened to what I had to say. She personally called me back with a response from a doctor, which was so appreciated.
