It was relatively easy to fill in the triage forms, but I had to wait a long time to hear back from the surgery. So, I didn't want to go out, even for my normal exercise, in case I missed a phone call.

It would have been nice to have had a telephone call, or text message from the surgery to know that my case was being looked into quite soon after my triage request was sent in. An auto generated email from the triage system only lets me know that the request has been sent.

This particular time north brink phoned me with appointment but usually can’t get in easy or send you to another surgery which I don’t prefer. I would rather see people at my own practice but

Wish you could see the same nurse practitioner each time rather thdn different ones. I haven’t seen the same person once.
