Gave my answer as was triage by woman on phone advised to bring sample in even though called at approx17. 15 on a fri it wasn't tested until following mon & got a tx at 17.46 advising me it had been dipped & to collect prescription from usual pharmacy, they say get a fresh sample to them yet satin mine all that time I'd had uti in middle may & have an ongoing problem & was previously hospitalised due to infection tracking back to my kidneys im not impressed

I think my test should have been done that day & if its there early should def b sent to lab iv finished antibiotics & still in pain in my lower back etc 2x lots of antibiotics in a month the sample last given was the worst iv ever seen but was only dipped after 4 days sitting around?!!

I have always been able to get an appointment without any fuss. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

I think I'm old school! It's always nice to speak to the doctor. Sometimes I find it frustrating explaining a condition and then it being relayed to the doctor. I guess being my age I have always been used to seeing and speaking with a doctor. A learning curve!

I phoned up, explained the problem, was given an appointment with the nurse practitioner at 9.40 that morning. When she was concerned Dr Culshaw immediately came to check on me and organised an ambulance
