After waiting on the phone for 40 mins then you have to tell some stranger all your problems then wait again while you are assess whether you are sick enough to fit in to todays list. If not here’s a prescription. That will shut her up.

Its impossible unless you get on the phone before 8am. Then trying to get a suitable time.
