I have recently had Julie Garner for a few appointments which helped my care as I didn't have to keep explaining my condition to her. She reviewed me holistically and encouraged my husband in attending the appointment so he could also tell her what he had observed. I have dealt with a secretary recently and she was most helpful and quick with her written response which is most reassuring.

Knowledge of the sick certification process needs to be widened to those on your telephone service.

Might have felt even more reassured by being examined.
