Have not spoken or seen a Dr nor been given an appointment to do so. On the basis of my input to set questions in the triage process a decision was made for me to see a physio. Even that was a long delay so had to take a telephone session. Less than ideal

A more personal touch from the outset would be better. I did not get the impression that I was important. More just an inconvenient part of the process.

I don't count speaking to a receptionist, or a call back as an appointment.

Listen to what the patient is saying. Not just a criticism of the surgery, as it was the same at the hospital.

Saw Dr Sira on the same day that I made the request.

There was nothing that could have been bettered.

I was called to the surgery for an ECG so some these questions are not applicable.

Nothing springs to mind. The nurse did what she had to do and did it well.
