I had a text about my diabetes tests from Sarah Beckett. I wasn’t quite sure about what the message concerned and said so. I got an immediate call from Sarah, she fully elaborated on the text. She gave me information to research before my diabetes check. So therefore I will be fully informed to make the decisions with regard to a change in my medication. I was impressed with the speed of the call back and also the friendliness and professionalism of the call.
You ring as soon as the lines are open and you are way down in the queue and when you eventually get through all the appointments are gone and at 86 I find this very frustrating
Whilst the doctors are excellent , waiting for 3 weeks to get your blood test results and be told you’re anaemic is not acceptable.
very long wait for telephone appoinment.I find it is better to use Triage on line Form.
The only thing to better this would be to have somewhere to fill in a second triage as I needed help for two face to face visit and so had to fill in second on line form.
However I must say the treatment and advice given by Hollie was excellent,so patient and I was not rushed.
Sometimes I can't get through even from 8.00 o'clock in the morning. After where is no appointments left for that day.
