It seems to take a long time for a phone call to be answered. I prefer the triage system which is very good

The only thing I can think of is answering the phone more quickly. I don't always have the time to hang on the phone

Can never see a doctor or get an appointment. If phone and the triaged and then it’s medication given without being seen
