Completed the online triage and had an appointment with the GP that afternoon. Was referred to hospital and was contacted by the hospital the next day with an appointment within the week.

I have no suggestions at the moment.

Have persistent cought for 6 weeks, every week i am seeing someone different that just checks smae thing and puts me on different medication, should take more urgency and care of a patient and not just send away with another medicine. Been given inhaler and told to return in 2 weeks, that is not helpful at all, what is my diagnosis and what is my cure ?

Be more informed in medicine choices and what to do to get my medical issue resolved

The surgery has improved a lot since the Covid outbreak .When you could not get see yr Dr only by speak on the phone .

The young nurse who looked after me explained everything clearly to me at put me at ease.

I think the actual waiting areas need to be re painted and spruced up possibly with art work from the local schools and from older groups

Helpful receptionist when I telephoned and explained details and was contacted the same day and offered an appointment early the next morning.

Nurse practitioner was extremely thorough in her questions and double checked with a doctor . Whilst I was assured the change in the mole was nothing to be worried about I feel it would have been even more reassuring to have had the changes explained to me as to why they had occurred.
