Excess amount of time waiting for telephone to be answered
Personally,I don't have any issues,but it is easier face to face.Obviosly,it's about the timing,,patience and how busy the practice is.
No thought for people with back hip or knee problem in the surgery ,eg.attending physio with these problems, who thought it a good idea to put physio up 2 flight of stairs!,also no appropriate seating for these problems, you should have some upright chairs with arms to aid people to get up and down, the stupid benchs you have are no good for petite people who need back support and help to sit and get up, cannot believe a surgery do not think of these things,you have Doctors and Physios on site Really! Wake up! Mateys Wake up!
I sent an email for advice and plan of treatment. Unsatisfactory response just told me what I already knew.
Results should have triggered how I was to be treated. Basically, an answer sent by secretary without checking with doctor, especially in relation to degenerative condition
Quick to receive an appointment, health practitioner very efficient and signposted/ booked to relevant services
