If your arent up before 9 even 8:30 am sometimes you can’t book a triage and have to wait till next day and if you ring receptionist they tell you to wait till next day too

Have more options on making appointments or keeping the triage on till 10 am at least

The nurse I saw put me at ease straight away. She really listened to me and involved me in deciding the best option going forward.

I struggled to get an appointment through the phone as the line was always busy but I filled in an online form which is a great idea and I was still seen the same day.

It's not easy to get an appointment even though I call at 8am. The surgery is always fully booked before I could get a call to go through

The GP can try and be available during one of the days on weekends. Saturday or Sunday instead of just weekdays. King's Lynn Hospital is not close by at all for a consultation. For been here and providing best care, thanks a lot
