The nurse was very compassionate and showed care and kindness in the appointment. I needed to rearrange appointment really, due to childcare. No appointment available until after new year. Room was big enough for double pram, but practice space is very limited for accessibility, Can never get appointments. Staff are seen all arrive back from break and lunch together. Shame that the gp practice asked to see me following being told to by another hospital/ dr. After by writing I had informed them how I was feeling and how let down I felt by the practice. Still not dealt with the reasons for the visit for me.
