If you’re not very good with tech or the phone it’s impossible to make an appointment. Was a lot easier when you could go into surgery and make an appointment. I called in to make an appointment and was told I’d have to wait till the following day @ 8am. Phone lines are impossible to get through and when I got through I was told it would be same day but it wasn’t until the following day. Not being able to book with the same person I saw before meant it takes time to go through the problem all over again, this was 3rd time, 3 different lots of people seen

Suggested improvements
Enable the patient to book with the nurse you saw before especially if it’s for the same problem. This would save time going through the problem all over again. Seeing 3 or 4 different people just wastes time.
