The system seems to be missing communications within, one nurse said we could not have a Tel appointment another said we could. Another time I was told she would ring back TWICE never happened not good BUT the reason I am giving a good report overall is because one of the nurses rang me back and got me a Tel appointment. Yes she did give me her name but I just think someone should get the job under control
