Rang at 8am. Couldn't get through until 8-15. Told to retry as busy. Got through at 8-30 only to be told after waiting for 5 mins that the appointments for that day were full. Happened again the following day so rang 101. Luckily they got me an appointment that day.

Suggested improvements
After telling a friend, she suggested that next time I use the triage system. I didn't know anything about this system so it would be nice to know more about it on line. To be told that all appointments are full by 08-30 isn't good enough .
