I sent an email for advice and plan of treatment. Unsatisfactory response just told me what I already knew. Results should have triggered how I was to be treated. Basically, an answer sent by secretary without checking with doctor, especially in relation to degenerative condition

Actually read the email properly, check medical condition and give a plan moving forward or appointment to see doctor or someone
