After completing the triage form I received a call from reception advising me to attend minor injuries unit rather than an appointment at the surgery. Therefore on this occasion I am not able to comment on the condition of the surgery. My contact with the receptionist was very good.

I was somewhat surprised to be directed to minor injuries without having been seen by a medical professional at the surgery. I was also met with some displeasure at the minor injuries unit having been told that I should have been seen at my surgery in the first instance.
