I had to wait for 30 minutes as the nurse was running that late and my appointment was at 9.30! Also the nurse did not know anything about the disease that I have so therefore was a hard task for her to do a medication review on myself. Also I just felt that she was a messenger between the doctor and myself by keep nipping out. It would have been less time consuming to have spoken to the doctor myself.

To actually speak to a doctor and for the practice to be running more on time. Half an hour is unacceptable!!
