Had to wait about 20 minutes hanging the phone in a queue to get through to the surgery. Once connected the member of staff was polite and advised me that I would get a phone call later in the day. This did happen and an appointment was arranged for the next day.

With so many patients you would need a magic wand. I was happy with the whole procedure.
