we unfortunately due to ill health need to use the surgery too often .last visit yesterday booked appointment by phone no problems . a delay to appointment time but surgery was obviously very busy and apologies were made. saw nurse first and following checks doctor called in to prescribe. both were considerate and took time to deal properly with my wife's syntoms and queries.
