I sent an e-mail on Monday to book an appointment, within 30mins l got a reply to make an appointment. Speaking to the receptionist she told me all appointments were full and to ring 111 which l did and the receptionist said she would contact the doctors for an appointment. This did not occur,so yesterday l rang up and managed to get through and was sent a link over to take a photo of my problem and send back.Which l did and then received a phone call for me to go in today to have my leg checked out. Before Covid you could book an appointment straight away now Covid has nearly gone away you would like to think it would go back to the old days. Not wait 3days to see someone
