The triage online system seems a little cumbersome. There are a lot of tickbox questions that may apply or may not. The timeframe to complete means you inevitably rush it. Later I received a text with an appointment time/date, which was good but as soon as I acknowledged that as requested I received another saying my case was closed. That latter text was confusing as I wasn’t sure what exactly it meant.

Suggested improvements
Streamline the questions on the triage system. There’s too many and free text allowing a clear explanation is better. By asking pain levels invites the patient to go high in order to ensure a response.
