I got an appointment because I wouldn’t take no for an answer as it was urgent. In the end I got an appointment with a physiotherapist and he listened to my concerns. It took some convincing before he agreed to act as urgently as I needed but he eventually did. Had I not been pushy, I would have had to wait, not for an appointment and for the medication.

Have doctors available for physio as well as nurse appointments. It would have saved me another outing with an incredibly sore back.
