A triage appointment was booked online. Receptionist phoned back and made a telephone consultation appointment. A nurse called mid-afternoon. However, she hadn't familiarised herself with my notes and photos submitted. She then had to refer to a doctor and said she would phone me back. This didn't happen. I went on the surgery message board the following day (today) but nothing there. So I left a message telling them the situation and that I was disappointed. A doctor finally messaged me midday today. Very disillusioned with the service!

Suggested improvements
The nurse should have read my notes before calling me. When a telephone call is promised it should happen.
