The call i had i didnt know about as was not appointment but sarah who i spoke to was great with helpin me with me diebetes and she put through that i needed a appointment asap and 15 mins later i get a call for my appointment she was very helpful to me and spoke to me with respect

What we need is to be able to see our doctors instead of speakin to someone who doesnt know much about us as everytime i get told to see my dr i have to say would be nice to see our drs im gettin to the point where if i end up ill i worry about phonin as can never see a dr i dont get reviews when im suppose to have them its time it went back to normal as covid isnt going away anytime it will be like flu now
