Not always the easiest to get an appointment, some days appointments have gone by the time you get through on the phone but online triage forms works well enough. Appointments are with nurses but I have always found them to be caring and helpful. Receptionists are generally good - there is one on the phone in particular who isn’t always the most helpful, but no other bad experiences when calling in. I have been in a few times recently and spoken to both the usual receptionist and the new girl - didn’t get a name but a young blonde girl - who are both always cheerful, happy to help and understanding. It is very much appreciated to always be greeted with a smile and never made to feel like an inconvenience. In general, everyone seems to be working hard to improve the surgery and I have no real complaints.
