Unless the GP with whom I'm regietered asks to see me, I can never get an appointment. This makes a lie of the 'continuity of care' that Northbrink claims to provide. Northbrink, like others nationally, has been too keen to cash in on government financial allowances per patient and as a result registered too many patients. This greedy practice reflects badly on quality of patient care...appointments (if you are lucky enough to get one) are too brief and rarely followed up by the same GP. Constructive suggestions: stop registering new patients and start taking better care of those that you have. Positives: on the whole the staff are friendly and 2 of the GPs are particularly outstanding.
