The surgery and the staff are always excellent. I filled out a triage from in the morning and was called and offered an appointment. It is usually the case, that I fill out the form, and have a call or text within half hour with a result. - this is excellent. However the surgery was very let down by a male nurse I saw. He made me feel as though I was wasting his time and shouldn’t be there. However, because of the online form - you invited me. He seemed argumentative, complacent to my condition or my history and had a superiority complex. I’ve never seen him before and hope I won’t again. I left very dissatisfied, without medication and feeling rather poorly

The surgery is usually excellent with myself and my family so feel disappointed to be reporting otherwise
