Have not spoken or seen a Dr nor been given an appointment to do so. On the basis of my input to set questions in the triage process a decision was made for me to see a physio. Even that was a long delay so had to take a telephone session. Less than ideal

A more personal touch from the outset would be better. I did not get the impression that I was important. More just an inconvenient part of the process.
