I rang on behalf of my husband to get him an appointment after telling the receptionist all my husband’s problemhe had been suffering with his eyes watering a lot she advised me that she would pass all the information onto the appropriate person and they would call me back . But I did not get a telephone call back instead we were sent a message asking for a photograph of his eyes , how can they tell by a photo, after another waiting time another message arrived telling him a prescription for antibiotics was ready for him to pick up how can you diagnose a problem with out an examination what do you have to do to see a doctor.
