appointment was already made as a follow up. normally trying to get an appointment is easier in person at surgery trying to do so on the phone is a waste of time too long a waitnot having to make appointments

appointments system should go back to old way where you could ring up and get an appointment in a few days time. now if there are no slots available that day you have to ring again next day and go through the whole waiting on the phone again
