Share review of North Brink Practice
I leave for work at 8am- I do not have the oppourtunity to do the triage, when I get to work I have no access to my phone or to a PC - my phobe is immediately locked away as I work with children. I can have access to my phone at lunch- this is an issue as I cannot then do triage as it closes at 10am- its absolutely ridiculous. I had to lose money to do this triage last week and all I got was a call from a receptionist. I wanted to know if I was going through peri-menopause or if it was my over-active thyroid back. The lady on the phone told me that Dr Webster had looked at my bloods and I hadn't had an over-active thyroid on past bloods. I certainly did, I was under a consultant for it and had to have medication for it for a year and a half?? I wanted to have a blood test for both over-active thyroid and peri-menopause. I don't believe I'm being tested for both. I was told my blood papers will be processed soon. I wasn't told I had to collect from reception. I have been waiting all week for these forms to be sent out to me. I called up tonight 13th May 24, 4pm and spoke to a receptionist informing her I had not yet reviewed my blood forms. She was incredibly rude to me on the phone and spoke to me as if I am stupid and I should know that I need to collect my forms from reception. I was very shocked and upset by her tone to me and I am not at all happy with the way she dealt with me. I have dealings with her in past calls and she is always the same, incredibly rude. I am so surprised that a receptionist can speak to patience this way. I am not happy with the way your receptionist treats people.
