Phones are often very busy and despite being at the surgery early slots are often late in the day, requiring another trip into town.

On this occasion, nothing - I was dealt with efficiently and even saved another trip by the nurse carrying out a future check on the day of my LTCR. However, in the past I have had multiple occasions where test results (that I had asked to be forwarded to Charing Cross Hospital) never arrived. I do not know whether this was the fault of Wisbech or London. Charing Cross Hospital tell me that many GP surgeries are rubbish at doing this!
