Once you get through the phone service if appointments are avaible people are helpful. But when there isn’t anything available that day, your left at constant lose ends, which isn’t helpful. The services are always so busy even calling at 8am, you might not even get an appointment

Suggested improvements
More appointment availability More appointments with GP - I know it is nurse led but sometimes you do need to speak to a gp directly, or have the option to have the nurse appointment but then discuss and booking immediately with them a gp and follow up in further detail appointment. Having to go through multiple appointments about the same thing is a waste of surgery time. Especially if you’re told someone will call you and then they don’t.
