Receptionist was very rude and abrupt. No appointments offered other than same day which isn't possible for me as a lorry driver. I need to make an appointment several days in advance so I can plan around work. No effort made to help and left me without choice but to carry on with my condition worsening and no support, which has affected my mental health.
